Changing or cancelling an order
Do you want to change or cancel your order after completing it? No problem!
As long as your order has not yet been processed, you can contact us at contact@petree.nl or call us Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 at +31 6 17174821.
Payment options
We offer several secure payment methods.
iDEAL
Pay securely via your own bank's internet banking system. If you bank with ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Moneyou, Rabobank, Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos, or Van Lanschot, you can use iDEAL.
Invoice
Ordering on behalf of a business? Then you can choose to pay by invoice. The invoice will be sent by email after placing the order. Payment term is 14 days.
Damaged item?
